Auto Entrepreneur closure and lose Carte Vitale

I would appreciate your help please. I am an auto-entrepreneur and have a SASU only claiming dividends.
I would like to close my auto-entrepreneur down, as I don’t get any business through it anymore as it is all through my SASU.
My husband is an Auto Entrepreneur too.
If I close my auto entrepreneur and only have dividends from my SASU and hence not paying any social charges anywhere, do I lose my Carte Vitale ?
