When the new auto-entrepreneur scheme started, my partner (no PAcs but is the father of my children)registered as an electrician/general builder and myself and our two children were inserted at the bottom of the form, I thought, so that we woulod be covered Health wise. I have been reading some of these threads and am a little concerned that i have been added as a conjoint-collaberateur which would mean me paying 3000 euros social charges even without my partner earning anything? Is this true? How can i find out? On his form from INSEE that states his siret number, there is no mention of either me or the children. The reason this is so important to me is that i am wanting to sign up myself for the auto-entrepreneur scheme as either PR or conseil or something a long those lines or promotion maybe (to work freelance in restaurants over the summer months). My quesdtions with regards to this is Am i able to sign up myself if i have been put on the form of my partner?
