auto entrepreneur going over TVA threshold

Little question please, I have gone over the threshold for the year for TVA ( including this trimestre 37,500€ I have declared ) for an auto entrepreneur. This declaration on Dec 31st, do I need to register for TVA ( and if so is it on the net-enterprises site?) or does it happen automatically.
