At what turnover point do you start paying social charges as an Auto entrepreneur

About to become an auto entrepreneur. If your turnover is 3000€ do you pay any social charges? At what point do the social charges kick in, and do you have to pay them on the total turnover or the turnover minus the kick in point. I am selling perfume (but not making it) so I assume I will be a commerçants?
