Assigning a President for SAS

Bonjour Valérie

It appears that the SAS legal entity would be the best option for my company and during the process i need to select a President.

I have been giving this a lot of thought and there is someone i want to approach for this position. This person is French, she is retired and currently on the French government pension system. Having this person as the face of the company will be very beneficial and will give me very strong messaging.

I do not want to negatively affect her current retirement/social/health benefits. What considerations would i have to keep in mind when designing an offer here?
