As an EURL, do I have to pay CFE in a ZRR?

I have received a bill for Cotisation foncière des entreprise, I’m an EURL just finishing my second year. I never received one of these last year. My business is situated in a zone géographique with benefice de measures d’exonérations fiscales. Do I have to pay this Tax? This link could help.
