As an Auto-Entrepreneur, what’s involved in relocating to a new region?

I’m a British woman, have been living in Paris since October 2008 and working as an English teacher. I am relocating to Toulouse by myself on 31st May this year. I set myself up as an auto-entrepreneur teacher in March this year in order to work for myself in Toulouse as a freelance teacher. I have not used this status yet.

Firstly, as I haven’t used my status as yet, I presume that there is no paperwork for me to do and that I don’t have to do anything in regards to making a declaration until I’ve actually started using the status? I’ve noticed that the address-changing details have been kindly put on this site which is really helpful. Does anyone know how long this process is likely to take? I can’t really change my address from Paris to Toulouse until I can get my name on my new post box which would porbably be about a week before I arrive and I would like to start working as soon as possible.

I’m worried about Insurance. Some of my lessons will be given in schools, some in companies - I am aware that I will need some form of insurance for this but I am totally lost in knowing what type is necessary, which one is the cheapest and if I can just pay a monthly fee to cover me in companies and schools (as my location will be changing from day-to-day)? I’m also a bit worried about preparing the invoices in French. Is there any help available for this?
