As an auto-entrepreneur do I have to pay AG2R?

As an auto-entrepreneur making quarterly declarations, do I pay tax as well and should I fill in a tax form? I have received a bill from AG2R La Mondiale asking me to pay for a Prevoyance for the fourth quarter 2011. I had sent back preceding correspondence stating I do not have any employees, should I pay this?
