As a micro-entreprise should I pay CFE?

I setup my micro-entreprise in 2008 and although I pay my social charges on-line each quarter, I am not registered as an auto-entrepreneur. When the CFE was introduced in 2010, I was under the impression from reading the details, that the exoneration only applied to auto-entrepreneur’s, so I went ahead and paid 282€. Recently, I have received the 2011 bill for 330€. I am registered as a cycle hire business, have no employees and do not have a shop. I work from home, where my bikes are stored, and deliver them to my clients. Only about 5 people a year will collect the bikes from my house.
