As a micro-entrepreneur what do I do with form S1?

As a micro-entrepreneur I am registered with régime social des indépendants (RSI). My husband, who does not work, is a beneficiary under my registration. However, he has just reached the age of 65 and the British government have sent him an S1 form. Who do I send this to… RSI, RAM or CPAM?
