As a ME, who uses home for admin and office based work, do I need to pay Cotisation Fonciere?

Good evening

I was registered as an ME in March 2019.  I have recently received a form to complete for Cotisation Fonciere Des Enterprises 2019.  Can you please help with the following questions?

  1. As an ME, do I still benefit from 3 years exemption from this Cotisation?  I use a tiny percentage of my house as office space, no other activity takes place there.
  2. My wife, living at the same address, also has ME status (totally seperate from my activities) - would this impact Cotisation?  And
  3. Is there anywhere that is a guide to completing this horrible document?!  Especially the piece where I claim exemption, if appropriate.
