Artisan, or commercant?

I intend to set up as auto-entrepreneur primarily to make fuel briquettes from waste sawdust and sell on to the public. I want to make other things, i.e. turning bowls and other wood ornaments on my lathe, tying flies for fishing, making bee hives and selling (the above and other things that come along). I hope my main income will be from selling briquettes for fuel. What is the correct activity code for making and selling briquettes? Am I an artisan or commercant?

Can I register for all of the above, I am thinking I may be in two categories, can I be both commercant and artisan at the same time and if so how would that work? Would I need to prove qualifications for any of the above?
