Are these scam letters sent to French registered businesses?

I have recently received two letters which I think may be scams but would like to check please.

The first is from info-siren asking for 198 euros (the top of the form reads formulaire d’Inscription).
The second is from Kbis info-services asking for 298.49 euros (the top of the form reads fiche d’enregistrement/actualisation).

Have you heard of either of these and am I right to ignore them?
