Are there reduced cotisations when you get your gite classified?

We are going to have our gite ready for next year and we have registered as an auto-entrepreneur since 2013 under APE code 8121Z - nettoyage courant des bâtiments - which will continue to be our main income for now. We will therefore, just be adding the 2nd income from the gite (only around 5000Euros) straight onto the tax form.

We plan to get classified via Etoiles de France so will be Meubles de tourisme based on following information shared by current gite owners in the same situation - who have done their research and are busy doing the paperwork to take advantage of this 6% reduction on their classified gites for cotisations - not the impots.

Please could you clarify if this is the case for me, thank you.
