Are expenses regarded as turnover for an auto-entrepreneur?

I know I can’t claim expenses as an auto-entrepreneur, but if I invoice a client for a meeting and the exact amount for a flight ticket needed for that meeting, will the price for the flight ticket be regarded as part of the 32,600 € allowed as turnover? How many different organisms are you expected to contribute to? In an URSSAF brochure it says that Urssaf is for your family, RSI for your health care, Cnavpl and Cnbf for your retirement. I also know that Urssaf wants 18,3%, but what about the others?
