Applying for Auto Entrepreneur status while on a long term visa in France

Is it possible for a Philippine national currently legally in France with a long term visa which expires on 23 October 2019 to apply now to become an Auto-Entrepreneur providing Activites de Service 81.2 - Activites de nettoyage? Once the AE status is in place, together with the carte vitale, she would apply for a carte de sejour to live and work in France following on from the visa. Would you be able to apply for the AE status on her behalf? Would you be able to send your invoice for this service to me in the UK?
