Application form part 8 (impot)?

Your video on application form completion is brilliant. I just have one question re. part 8 which I did not fully understand. I understand the difference between paying your income tax every tetrimestre and paying after the year end. I have chosen the latter (as I expect to have a very low turnover). I am not sure however whether I should tick yes or no, to the question Option pour le versement liberatoire de l’impot sur le revenu calcule sur le chiffre d’affaires ou les recettes?
