Application form for auto-entrepreneur?

I have just tried and registered as an auto-entrepreneur business in France. At the end of the form I thought I had the option to save and come back and make changes. so I did and instead now when I want to go back it asks me to pay. So I have three questions:

Option fiscale - regime fiscale micro do I want to say yes or no? I said no. I am italian, but have lived in the UK for 11 years and here in France for two years. Planning to go back to the UK after that. I am here with my husband and child, my husband work at the OECD and has an expact contract, so he doesn’t pay taxes and we are all covered by his private insurance.
Now that I am at this stage, can I still provide my passport copy online?
If the above are negative, how can I change my application? shall I start a new application?
