APE / NAF code to import clothes to sell via the internet and boutiques?
Many thanks again for the very useful call the other week where you advised us on my wife’s business plans to import clothes that she has designed from Nepal to sell via the internet, (other people’s) boutiques and perhaps Christmas markets. We have now made a draft registration and have a couple of further quick questions. In the section where the activity is described you had suggested to put vente de vetements, which doesn’t seem to be a category. You warned that we shouldn’t pick fabrication as the social charges are higher and anyhow other companies (in Nepal) will be doing this.
When I look at the options available it seems we could pick Commerce Detail, which you note is really for those selling in shops - which may be just a small part of what we do. Or we could pick Commerce de gros, which is for importing, but then selling in bulk, which isn’t necessarily going to be the case, though may be for some things. Any advice? We would also appreciate any tips on the next two questions for sa nature and son lieu d’exercise - should we pick non-precise if working mostly from home?
