APE code for soutien scolaire?

I am going to start teaching English and am unsure which code to chose. I will be providing a cours au domicile and soutien scolaire. I must have an APE code that relates to services à la personne to be able to complete an agrément simple for the parents to obtain crédit impôt. What is the APE code? Will I need asssurance responsabilité civile and if yes where do I get it and how much will it be?
