Another fake RSI invoice?

I have just received a notification de situation - avis d’appel de cotisation letter apparently from RSI, for a massive 798 euros. I know there are scams out there for a bill of 249 euros but I cannot find any examples of this one. I have not yet made any declarations at all, since setting up in October so I don’t know how they could even work out what I owe them. Are there any other charges from RSI other than the quartley cotisations? I sincerley hope this is a scam. What do you think?
