Another auto-entrepreneur scam?

I recently registered as an auto-entrepreneur and have received a letter from Services entreprises individuelles (http://www.SEI-2012.fr) demanding a payment for 270 euro. Could you shed some light on whether this is a scam or do I need to make this payment and if so what exactly is it for?
