ANEF requests visa Profession Liberale

Hi, I am in the process of applying for an ANEF Avis in order to get a profession libérale visa. I am a freelance English teacher and camera operator. I haven’t yet sent my full business plan so this may be where the confusion comes from but they have asked me for some things I don’t have as a freelancer. The first is a “draft article of association” and secondly a “lease or sales contract for business premises”. My intention is to work for schools and language colleges so none of the business will be conducted in my rented accommodation. Do I actually need this items to get the ANEF Avis as a freelancer?
