ANEF pre-approval for VLS TS profession libérale visa

I am applying for a profession libérale visa to be a freelance English teacher and sports camera operator. Based on your post online regarding changes to the application rules of this visa type, I have prepared by business plan to be ready to submit to ANEF. However, I can’t see any way on the website (https://administration-etrangers-en-france.interieur.gouv.fr/particuliers/#/) to submit a business plan for the profession libérale visa. Please can you detail exactly how I can send this application off to ANEF?
