ANEF business validation questions

I am a freelance marketing consultant applying for profession liberale visa as a micro entrepreneur. I am currently living in France on a Visa long sejour and working as an established freelancer with US-based clients.

Unfortunately, I did not see your YouTube warnings about not taking the visitor visa last year. Now, I am returning to the US to reclassify properly. Sorry! And thank you for any assistance making this right - I love living here in France and hope to do it right this time.

These questions refer to my ANEF business validation application.

Step 2: Nature Du Projet
1. Under nature du project, there is a request for capital in euros - my business does not require startup capital. Should I enter 0, or write in my cash and savings here?

Step 3: Nature de l’activité
2. For the description of the activity, how detailed should this be? What should I include?
3. Should I use my US address, or my French address? I am a bit worried that my freelance activity on a visitor visa will be flagged if I use my French address.

Step 4: Viabilite du projet
4. Under autres moyens financiers, should I include my cash and savings despite it not being used for the business?

Step 5: Justificatifs
5. Under contrat du location, I am living in Paris with my girlfriend (French citizen) and paying rent, although my name is not on the lease - what would you recommend? Will a letter of attestation from my landlord without a lease suffice? Or, I could provide my girlfriend’s lease, and her attestation…
6. Under project du statut, what do I include as a soloprenuer/ microentreprenuer?
