ANEF Business Plan Visa Renewal

I’ve been watching the recent visa renewal video with Scott and Lauren. Thank you for that.
I am hearing you talk about an ANEF document or approval—please clarify what that is and how I write it and submit it for my renewal?
I submitted all of my renewal documents (in Paris) back in March. They asked for a couple of additional documents back then and I supplied them. But they didn’t ask for the ANEF document I heard you talking about in the video. BTW I haven’t heard from them and it has been 4 months. I will be writing a letter and asking them to work on my renewal. I have a visa extension.
