Amount of UK salary to declare?

I have earnings as an auto-entrepreneur and UK earnings from a company in the UK (under the UK tax threshold, but declared on a UK tax-return). I became resident in France on 1 September 2012. Do I declare the whole of my UK salary for 2012 or just the amount received 1 September to 31 December?
