I was talking to my friend on the weekend around working in France as she is an expat as well- do you happen to know where would be the best to verify the below? either website to view / person to ask OR should there by any Americans in the group who could share their understanding that would be great.
For American Citizens : - who are French residents and auto-entrepreneurs - are they required to pay USA taxes if they make less than USD $120,000 annually?
Of course they have to ‘ declare’ their revenue global and file a tax return but are they obliged to pay something when they earn less than the above mentioned USD $120,000 !!
