Amending errors on old micro-entrepreneur returns…?

I submitted my 2022 Q3 + Q4 Micro entrepreneur returns prior to some payments coming in, based on what I thought they would be. However, they varied slightly due to exchange rate variations.
In total I overdeclared by €25.
- Is this something that needs changing, so everything matches up?
- In general, and in case i come across this in future, is it possible to amend returns retrospectively? If yes, how?
