Am I registered correctly to sell online tours?

I run a private gastronomic tour service. I am registered under the regime as d’activite profession liberale. I sell four day to single day tours as well as I run a bespoke private tour service. I have clients order directly from my website. I design tours for the agency’s. To sum up:

I am selling tours
Creating tours
Working as a sub contractor for overseas travel agents

Because I sell tours on line should I be under the commercial regime, which my local bank manager seems to think, or because I offer a service in creating tours am I under d’activite profession liberale?
