Am I eligible for prestations maternité from RSI as an auto-entrepreneur?

I set up as an auto-entrepreneur business in France enrolled with RSI/Harmonie Mutuelle on January 17, 2015. I am expecting twins in early January with a theoretical due date of February 4, 2016. For health reasons they will be born a month before the theoretical term. I read on the RSI website that I am eligible for both L’indemnité journalière forfaitaire d’interruption d’activité des auto-entrepreneurs and for L’allocation forfaitaire de repos maternel des auto-entrepreneurs if I have earned at least 3,698 euros per year, which I have already earned and declared in the first three quarters of 2015.

However, I read on another site that in order to be eligible to receive these payments, I need to have been enrolled with RSI for a minimum of a year.

  1. is this dating from (a) when my babies are born?
  2. when they are due?
  3. when I request the money?

Before I became an auto-entrepreneur I did not work, and I was enrolled with the securite sociale.

I have already been in contact with RSI and Harmonie Mutuelle quite a bit this fall as I was expelled from their program in September when they received a letter from Assurances Maladie saying that I was now covered by them. I don’t know how or why that happened but after many calls and letters, RSI told me today that they will inform Harmonie Mutuelle to re-open my droits au prestations. I am afraid that this could also damage my eligibility for prestations maternite. Do you have any advice for me?
