Am I correctly registered?
I have finally received my SIRET number in a letter from my local tax office, but I am not sure if I have been correctly registered. Underneath the heading Votre Regime d’Imposition it says:
1. En Matiere de Benefice: benefices industriels et commerciaux - regime micro-enterprise
2. En Matiere de TVA: regime de la franchise en base.
Have I been registered under the auto-entrepreneur scheme (which is what I applied for) or the micro-enterprise scheme? I have checked that the application form I completed was the one you demonstrate in your video. There are also several references in the letter to means of paying TVA, which presumably I shouldn’t need if I am registered in the AE scheme and they are asking for information on the premises I am using? Also, if the registration is incorrect, should I go to the URSAAF office to sort it out or the tax office?
