Am I classed as terrassement?

  1. I’ll be driving a digger, but not doing landscaping. Types of work I’ll be doing are digging trenches for pipework, cables, or footings for builders and electricians. Digging trenches and holes for companies that install fosse septic and making good the ground after. Drainage work. Am I still classed as tessessment?
  2. Do I need to complete any courses before I can set up the business and start work?
  3. Do you know what income tax I will be paying and is this based on turnover or net profit - assuming I am registered as entreprise individuelle?
