My husband and I are going to be setting up working as an independent property search company in France working in association with a nationwide Immobilier who will obtain our Carte Professionnelle for us. All house sale money is paid to the Immobilier and then the commission paid to us after that, about 4 percent of the sale price. My question is this as I’ve had different answers so far… can we register as Auto Entrepreneur?
