After registering as LMP when will I be exonerated from plus value tax?

I am an autoentrepreneur and rent out a gite. Have been doing this since 2008. I am considering becoming a location en meublé professionnelle (LMP) (please assume that I qualify to register). After registration as a LMP, in which year will I be exonerated from the tax for plus values, if I were to sell the property?
