Advice for starting small English business as an auto-entrepreneur

I want to start a small business teaching English to all adults wanting to learn English.

What are the necessary steps to getting started?
Is registering as an auto entrepreneur the best option for starting a small business in France?
I hope to rent business space on a daily basis, maybe just twice a week. Will I need insurance for this? If so, which type/s?
Can I start teaching before registering?
What type of information must I provide to register?
I am currently employed by a English school in Paris, is there anything I need to be aware of with regards to starting this business while working?
I presume that I will not need an accountant if starting out as an auto-entrepreneur - is that correct?
