Additional business activity as an Agent Commercial?

I have a business (retail shop) under Micro Enterprise but am trying to sell. In the interim, I want to work for an estate agent on a commission basis only. Phoned CCI, said I must register with the Greffe as Agent Commercial but can stay under existing micro regime. However commission from the estate agent cannot exceed 32,000 euros (which will fall under Micro BNC) and I cannot exceed 80,000 in total for the 2 activities (the rest falling under Micro BIC). They said I will not pay double cotisations as the turnover from the 2 activities will be grouped together. But I believe I will receive a new SIRET and APE for the agent commercial and so I’m worried this will cause a new set of cotisations. Please advise.

After the shop is sold, I want to stay self employed and continue as Agent Commercial but also have the opportunity to act as Apporteur d’Affaire for other organisations.  Can I register simply as Apporteur d’Affaire and this will cover all angles or does this mean 2 separate registrations?
