Additional activity and new SIRET number

I registered as an auto entrepreneur profession liberale and received a SIREN/SIRET.
A few months later, wanting to be transparent for tax, I declared our new Air BnB activity and received an updated certificat d’inscription, with the same SIREN but changed SIRET which now specifies both me as conseil de communication and our address as location de logements. For the purpose of quarterly declarations, should I create a new account on the net-entreprises web site? Thanks!
