Adding to an existing auto-entrepreneur registration?

We have just complited our registration with the Chambre de commence for a brocante, we are waiting for our Siret number and a response regarding an application for an ACCRE. Our question is we would like to do odd jobs such as painting, gardening and labouring, should we have registered this activity, when we registered our brocante, if so what should we do now?
