Adding Entreprise Individuelle to my bank account

I am trying to add Entreprise Individuelle to my bank account. I have sent my bank all the documents they need including the Attestation INSEE but they keep requesting that I send a KBIS. Since I am pretty sure I am labeled under Profesion Libérale I won’t have a KBIS at all and all I can provide is a INSEE. I remember in your banking video you said they might not know this. So I have tried to explain this to them multiple times in my broken French and they are still requesting a KBIS. Is there some sort of documentation or an article I can provide to them to help them understand that I can not provide a KBIS? Thanks as always for your advice.
