Adding an activity to already live auto-entrepreneur?

I have an active auto-entrepreneur with an activity which I wish to continue however I would like to add another activity which is in no way related to the first activity but does qualify under the accepted auto-entrepreneur categories. I have spoken to the auto-entrepreneur helpline who have advised that this is possible by completing a P2. I have the P2 in front of me but I am struggling to understand how the form needs to be completed to reflect my situation.
