Adding a second activity for a commission based business?

I am wanting to add a second activity to my existing auto-entrepreneur. At the moment I am listed as a person who makes gifts (sews) and I sell them via the internet. But I have developed a 2nd website where crafters swap their handmade with each other and I charge them a service fee. Here, I don’t actually sell anything material, please can you tell me what I should call the second activity and at what rate do I pay my taxes..
