Adding 2nd occupation which is different regime

I am currently registered as professional liberale for english language teaching. I need to apply to add a secondary ME occupation as purchase/re seller of food products (sweets mainly). This is commercant though and not prof lib, so can I still do it via my URSSAF account or how else do I do it?
