Add an extra business activity to a commission business in France?

A few weeks ago you told me that for my type of business, i.e. a commission based business in France with a turnover not more than 32,000 euros, that I have to register as an agent commercial with Greffes du Tribunal du Commerce as entreprise individuelle under regime micro social.

I am also planning on an additional activity: supplying domestic staff such as housekeepers, nannies etc. to families who pay me a fee for the service. The turnover of both businesses would not be more than 32,000 euros, Can I add an additional activity to the above business?
If so, what would be the APE code?
What would be the social charges for the above business?
