Add Agent Commercial to existing micro entrepreneur

Thank you for setting me up as an Auto-entrepreneur all is going well. I now need to add a new code for Commercial Agent. Can I do this online? Also, I will need to register for VAT in the next few months do you have any information on doing this so that I don’t breach the turnover value. Finally, I opted for paying tax and social charges monthly, is it possible to change this to quarterly?
