Activite list on my 1st declaration de chiffre d’affairs seem wrong

In April 2012 I helped my other-half register for auto-entrepreneur. He is a website designer developer and web hosting so he is registered as a profession liberale. The Naf code we used is 63.11 Traitement de donnees, hebergement et activites connexes. He has received his 1st declaration trimestrielle the other day and we are both confused by the list of activities it has listed on it. He was only registered for doing one activity. This is what is listed on the letter:
631 Ventes de marchandises 13%
646 Prestations de services commerciales ou artisanales 23%
685 Autres prestations de service 23.5%
576 Formation prof.commercant 0.10% (we understand this one)
- I thought that the tax for profession liberale was 18% but these are 23% and 23.5%, why?
- Is web design and development under which one 631, 646 or 685, and what does hosting come under 631?
- The date for returning the declaration is 31/10/2012. We opted for quarterly payments but this is 6 months - is this a mistake?
