Help with ACCRE form?

I have just registered and have an ACCRE form. I am not sure what box to tick ... I have not been employed here. My wife had a gite business and I was co-joint and that ceased in sept 08’. I have not claimed anything or signed on as unemployed but just set up as an electrician auto-entrepreneur last month. on the form demande de l’aide a la creation there are 9 options and I don’t know which to complete?
