Accounting Software (Quickbooks, Freshbooks etc)

I recently started to use for managing my Micro Entrepreneur (M.E.). I love it for these reasons:

  • Automatic bank transaction synchronisation
  • Can photo/upload purchase receipts
  • Manages invoices, sales receipts etc. very nicely
  • Can export everything for archives

However, it is TOO HEAVY for the needs of M.E. in that there are all these different expense accounts etc. I wonder if there is an online software solution that is adapted to the simple needs of the M.E. but that has all the above features.

Perhaps fresh books?

If not, and if I continue using QB, might there be a good resource to help me get up to speed with the pure accounting practices?
