A case of mistaken identity?

I now registered as a Auto-entrepreneur but when I initially did so the paperwork from INSEE came back with a slightly different name on it - the Philip had become Phillipe and I’d gained a Jean and was born in Paris. I wrote to INSEE and URSAFF and I thought I’d sorted it out, now I notice that on the Notification d’affiliation au regime auto-enttrepeneur that my siret is different to the one from INSEE.
