I am a Canadian teacher, presently living in Toronto, looking to spend at least 1 year in France. I have already been offered a full-time job in a Private bilingual school (hors-contrat). I have also been offered a 10hr/week job by a parents’ association which would involve teaching kids English on their lunch hours and after school. This particular group has said that they can hire me as an auto-entrepreneur, so long as I myself acquire the residence permit and/or any other documentation I may need.

How can a Canadian come to France and become an auto-entrepreneur? What documents or residency permit do I need? In regards to job #1, and if I am able to acquire the auto-entrepreneur status, could I take that job, seeing as it is full-time employment in a actual school?
